It was a temple dedicated to the Moon (Mother Moon) and there you can admire the master sculpture in the form of a half-moon worked on a single rock; continue your journey to Tarawasi. It was a resting place for Inca pilgrims and observe the style of rock inlay used in its walls. Then stop in the city of Limatambo for an energetic lunch (local restaurant).
Afterwards, continue your trip to the community of Chonta and begin the 1.5 hour hike to the Mirador del Condor Chonta Cusco (Use of horses, optional).
